(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs woman was arrested this morning on drug charges.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Hailey Carson was stopped on Highway 6 for speeding. During the stop, the Deputy smelled the odor of burning marijuana. A probable cause searched was conducted and a controlled substance and paraphernalia were located. Carson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Two sandwich bags containing approximately 25 grams of a green leafy substance, a grinder containing a green leafy substance and two glass smoking pipes were seized.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested, 18-year-old Shaylee Udas, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Saturday at the Pottawattamie County Jail for Assault on a Peace Officer and Interference with Official Acts.
Shaw Skaife, 21, of Lone Rock, Wisconsin, was arrested Saturday for Theft 5th Degree after Deputies were dispatched to Caseys General Store in Minden for a gas drive off. Approximately 10 gallons of gasoline valued at just over $30 was stolen.
Michael Moroney, 63, of Crescent, was arrested Friday for Harassment 1st Degree and Public Intoxication after Deputies were dispatched to a possible disturbance in Crescent.
Jeffrey Jens, 21, of Glenwood, was arrested Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. Jens was operating a motor vehicle at Wabash Avenue and Woodland Trail at around 5:30 a.m. and crashed down a steep embankment where the vehicle landed in a creek.
Tetevi Tete, 33, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road.
Charity Dresen, 38, of Walnut, was arrested Friday on warrants for Violation of a No Contact Order and Harassment 3rd Degree.
Jerry Lentz, 54, of Elliott, was arrested Friday for Driving While License Revoked.
Dustin Rutledge, 20, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Friday for Driving While Barred.
