(Creston) The Creston Police Department report five arrests and one incident report over the weekend.
*Police arrested two people on Friday afternoon for violation of a protection order. Officers transported 33-year old Samantha Meek of Mt. Ayr and 35-year old Skylar Rufenacht of Creston to the Union County Jail. The two were released on a $300.00 bond.
*Police arrested 29-year old Lucas Perrigo of Thayer on Saturday for assault with injury. Authorities released him on a $1,000.00 bond.
*Police arrested 42-year old Brady Richert of Creston on Saturday for OWI 2nd offense. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $2,000.00 bond.
*Police arrested 33-year old Cody Wilson of Thornton, Colorado, on Saturday at the Law Enforcement Center on an Adams County warrant for 3rd-degree harassment. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300.00 bond.
*Police arrested 32-year old Gilberto Pantoja of Lenox on early Sunday morning for Public Intoxication. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.
*Dillon Daughenbaugh, 509 S Cherry, reported vandalized mailboxes in the 900 block of Cottonwood. Officers discovered 3 mailboxes and a post that had been damaged. The estimated damage is $150.
