(Atlantic) Creston Police arrested 37-year old Lee Fowler of Creston at his residence on Thursday. Officers charged Fowler with Assault, Domestic Abuse, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officer’s transported Fowler to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond until a Magistrate Judge could see him.
