Shenandoah man arrested on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance

(Shenandoah) A Shenandoah man was arrested Thursday on a Page County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says Rodney Eugene Allely, 53, was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on $1,000 bond pending further court proceedings. The Shenandoah Police Department assisted with the arrest.
