(Shambaugh) A Shambaugh man was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and Obstructing an Emergency Call. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says 60-year-old David Jacob Stimson was arrested Tuesday evening during an investigation into a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Hersey Street in Shambaugh. Stimson was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on no bond pending an appearance in front of a Magistrate.
