(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Manuel Huerta, 35, of Clarinda, on January 9th on a Page County Bench Warrant for Failure to appear on an original charge of Driving while License is barred. Huerta was transported to the Page County Jail on $2,000 bond pending further court proceedings.
