(Atlantic) Twenty-seven ranked wrestlers will compete at the 42nd Rollin Dyer Wrestling Tournament in Atlantic on Saturday.
Atlantic/CAM Head Coach Tim Duff says 17 quality teams will be competing in the tourney. Duff says the team that wins the title here will make some noise at the State Tournament next month.
Duff says Bondurant-Farrar is another team he believes is competing under the radar this season.
New Hampton is another squad added to the field this year, and Riverside and AHSTW both have solid individual’s as well. Coach Duff breaks down some of the top weight classes and individuals performing at the Tournament on Saturday.
The teams competing at the tourney on Saturday include; AHSTW, Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln, Alta-Aurelia, Audubon, Bondurant-Farrar, Denison-Schleswig, Glenwood, Humboldt, Interstate 35, New Hampton, Red Oak, Riverside Community Schools, Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Southwest Valley, Underwood and Atlantic/CAM.
