(Greenfield) The 2020 COVID-19 mitigation guidelines at the Adair County Courthouse in Greenfield will continue into January 2021.
Adair County Auditor Mandy Berg says the board discussed the mitigation strategies at their meeting last week and decided to continue with the same guidelines for now. “The courthouse will remain locked and services will be conducted at a window outside the building,” said Berg. “Starting this month the Supervisors will be meeting in person for budgeting purposes, and everyone else participating in the meeting will call in on the conference phone.”
Berg says visitors are asked to enter the west door elevator entrance window. They are asked to call the courthouse, and employees can help them from that particular window. If someone must enter the facility, the staff will take their temperature. Otherwise, the driver’s license services are by appointment only.
