Larry Dale Fessler passed away peacefully on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 87. He was born on October 3, 1938, the son of Dale and Virginia (Estell) Fessler in Casey, Iowa.
He graduated from Greenfield High School and joined the U.S. Air Force where he served for 20 years. Following his service, he worked in the private sector until his retirement in 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Patrick Fessler.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Natalie Fessler; daughter, Roxanne Graham and son Dale S. Fessler; other relatives and friends.
Open Visitation: Will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Graveside Services: Will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Greenfield Cemetery on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Full military graveside rites will be conducted by the Air Force Funeral Honor Guard. The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.
