(Red Oak) Eduardo Ruiz Juarez, 22, of Red Oak, was arrested at 1:35 AM on July 19. Juarez was arrested for OWI, first offense, at the intersection of North 4th and East Oak Street in Red Oak and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Juarez is being held on a $1000 bond.
Jeremy Ray Dilocker, 41, of Red Oak, was arrested at the 1800 block of N 4th Street in Red Oak on July 18. Dilocker was charged with Public Intoxication and Interference with Official Acts. Dilocker was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on a $600 bond.
