Red Oak Man Arrested for Fleeing Law Enforcement Officers

(Red Oak) A suspect attempting to flee from law enforcement faces charges in Montgomery County.

The Red Oak Police Department arrested 37-year-old Brandon Lee Gugenhan of Red Oak on Monday in the 1000 Block of Division Street for Interference with Official Acts after fleeing from Officers.

Authorities transported Gugenhan to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300 bond.
