(Undated) — June is migraine and headache awareness month. Doctor Emad Estemalik a migraine specialist at the Cleveland Clinic and says extreme weather whether its cold or heat, changes in the barometric pressure like when temps drop quickly and intense storms can all trigger a migraine.
Strong smelling perfume and drinking too much caffeine can also cause migraines. Estemalik recommends folks drink plenty of water during the summer to help prevent migraines.
