(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported two recent arrests, including a Waterloo man on multiple drug-related charges and an Atlantic man on a probation violation warrant.
Donald Keith Mintey, 52, of Waterloo, was arrested on June 19th on three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Prescription Drug Violation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mintey was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Gene Christopher Reed, 53, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 25th on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Reed was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
