(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported four recent arrests.
Crystal Marie Paroda, 43, of Lewis, was arrested on June 14th on two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance. Paroda was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Michael Scott Riley, 33, of Lewis, was arrested on June 15th on the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Interference with Official Acts. Riley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Randon Daniel Phelps, 41, of Red Oak, was arrested on June 15th on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Marijuana – 2nd. Phelps was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Christian Monreal Sempek, 31, of Elliott, was arrested on June 15th on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Sempek was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
