(Adair Co.) Authorities in Adair County report three arrests and one citation.
The Stuart Police Department arrested Jeremiah Ray Janes, 45, of Indianola, on June 12th for Eluding and Reckless Driving. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
The Stuart Police Department arrested James True, 53, of Chicago, Illinois, on June 10th for Harassment 1st Degree (Threats), and Domestic Assault Bodily – Injury. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office cited and released Brandon Dean Thiesse, 30, of West Des Moines, on June 10th for Driving While License Denied or Revoked.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Elliott, 26, of Greenfield, on June 11th for Violation of a No Contact Order – Domestic. Elliott was released on his own recognizance.
