CENTRAL MILLS COUNTY...
At 907 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 5 miles north of Hastings, or 17 miles west of Red Oak,
moving northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. This storm has a history of
producing a tornado near Plattsmouth.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
Locations impacted include...
Silver City.

At 857 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Glenwood, or 11
miles southeast of Offutt AFB, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Public confirmed tornado on the south side of Plattsmouth
around 8:48 PM.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
Locations impacted include...
Glenwood, Pacific Junction, Silver City, and Mineola.
This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 29 and 35.
