(Adair Co.) Two arrests were reported in Adair County.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Johnathon Scott Clarke, of Fontanelle, on April 18th for Violation of a No Contact Order – Domestic. Clarke was held in the Adair County Jail on no bond.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested Orton H Wisegarver III, 40, of State Line, Nevada, following a traffic stop I-80 on April 18th . Wisegarver was charged with Possession of a Controlled Susbtance 1st Offense. He was also arrested on warrants out of Cerro Gordo County for Failure to Appear at Initial Appearances for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Speeding, and No Valid Driver’s License. Wisegarver posted the $1,000 cash or surety bond on the Adair County Possession charge and was released to Cerro Gordo County on their warrants.
