Union County Man Arrested for Harassment

(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Creston man for harassment.

Authorities arrested 67-year-old Scott Douglas Miller at his residence on charges of 3rd degree harassment.

Authorities transported Miller to the Union County Jail and released him on a promise to appear.
