(Atlantic) The Atlantic School Board will consider multiple personnel matters and agreements during its regular meeting on Wednesday.
The board is expected to act on several resignations, including Ashley Mosier, assistant boys track coach; Matt Best, assistant football coach; Gentri Miller, mental health professional; and Elizabeth Herric-Williams, high school art teacher, all effective at the end of the school year. Also on the agenda are the resignations of Tracy Daugherty, elementary Title I math teacher, effective at the end of the school year, and Steve Andersen, transportation director, effective June 5.
In addition, the board will consider hiring recommendations for Ashley Mosier as assistant girls’ track coach; Hunter Khongmaly as vocal music activity sponsor; Jordan Zarbano as assistant volunteer wrestling coach; and Lexie Trotter as special education paraprofessional.
Other action items include approval of the 2025–2026 School Improvement Advisory Board, consideration of an agreement between the owner and architect, and a proposal for design services for the SVPA, a topographic agreement with Snyder and Associates, and the resignation of board member Laura McLean, effective January 15.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 14, in the Atlantic High School Media Center.
