(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces drug charges following a traffic stop on Tuesday.
The Montgomery County K-9 Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 110th Street at around 11:08 p.m. A search of the vehicle resulted in the arrest of the driver, 65-year-old Terry Joe Halvin, for possession of methamphetamine, 3rd offense, a Class D felony.
Authorities transported Halvin to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
