(Red Oak) On Monday, the Red Oak Police Department arrested a 55-year-old man identifying himself as Phillip Page of Texas. At that time, he was charged with Public Intoxication and a Weapons Violation.
Upon further investigation, the Police determined that Phillip Page is Mark Maroney, who now faces charges of giving a False Identity to law enforcement, two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon, and Public Intoxication. Authorities increased Mahoney’s bond to $5,000.00.
