(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved advertising options as the search continues for a new County Engineer.
The county has been without a full-time engineer since late May, when the supervisors voted 3 to 2 to terminate the contract of John Rasmussen. The assistant engineer was appointed as interim but he resigned on August 5th. The board last week approved a 28E Agreement with Mills County to provide interim engineering services.
