(Bridgewater) A Cumming man was cited for trespassing in Adair County after being caught on camera in a Bridgewater backyard.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports 58-year-old Lee John Wiggins was seen on a security camera at 2:24 p.m. on August 24 in the victim’s backyard. Wiggins appeared to be looking at the back of the home and was clearly past the property line.
Wiggins claimed he was picking up branches that had fallen from a neighbor’s tree.
Wiggins was cited for Trespass – 1st Offense and released.
