(Caroll County) Carroll County officials are settling a lawsuit filed by a woman who accused officers of an illegal strip search. Chloe Bandow filed a lawsuit against the Carroll County Jail after claiming she was forced to strip naked while being booked into custody last November. Bandow also claimed she was left to sit naked in a jail cell for at least 30 minutes before receiving further attention. Three male officers and a female deputy were named in the lawsuit for their alleged involvement. Bandow’s attorney announced yesterday that a 450-thousand-dollar settlement was reached.
