(Oakland) Water conservation restrictions remain in place for the City of Oakland as water tower levels continue to stay low. The City of Oakland says Public Works employees have been working tirelessly, and crews successfully located a leak in the distribution system earlier today. Emergency locates have been called in, and crews are mobilizing to make repairs as quickly as possible.
