(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department released their arrest report for July 1 through July 12.
Courtney Cook, 26, of Ft. Dodge, was arrested on July 2nd for Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (marijuana), and Interference with Official Acts.
Tiffany Wallace, 35 of Carter Lake, was arrested on July 2nd on a warrant of Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Marijuana), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Brenda Osborn, 54 of Atlantic, was arrested on July 5th for Theft in the 3rd Degree (Shoplifting).
Heather Ott, 44 of Atlantic, was arrested on July 6th for Violation of a No Contact Order.
Dereck Myers, 19, of Detroit, Michigan, was arrested on July 10th for Theft 3rd (shoplifting).
All individuals were booked into the Cass County Jail.
The Atlantic Police Department also reports three citations.
Markes Mark, 18, of Atlantic, was cited and released on July 9th on charges of Theft 5th (Shoplifting).
Julie Peck, 63, of Walnut, was cited on July 1st for theft 5th (shoplifting).
Talon Lajeuness, 18, of Atlantic, was cited and released on July 12th for Theft 5th (shoplifting).
