(Creston) The Creston Police Department reported one arrest on Monday night at the intersection of Highway 34 and Industrial Parkway.
Officers arrested 22-year-old Jorge Luis Alvarez of Creston on a warrant on an original charge of 5th-degree theft.
Authorities transported Alvarez to the Union County Jail, and he was placed on a $300.00 cash bond.
