(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports four arrests from July 9 to July 11.
*On July 9-Creston Police arrested 42-year-old Rebekah Ann Baker, 42, of Waukee, Operating While Under the Influence -1st Offense. Baker was taken to Union County Jail. Baker posted bond and was released from jail.
*On July 11, Creston Police arrested 42-year-old Nicki Renee Jones, of Creston, at her residence and charged her with 3rd-degree theft. Jones was cited and released on a promise to appear in court.
*On July 11, Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Michael Joseph Cooley, of Afton, on a warrant with an original charge for Violation of a No Contact Order. Cooley was transported to the Union County Jail and held with no bond until seen by a judge.
*On July 11, police arrested 41-year-old Carlos Rafael Rivera, of Creston, at his home on an arrest warrant. The original charges were Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense. Rivera was transported to the Union County Jail and held on a $3000.00 cash-only bond.
