(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Union County woman on Tuesday at 612 New York Avenue. Police transported 42-year-old Heather Marie Davis of Lorimor to the Clarke County Jail on charges of Failure to Comply with Conditions of a Pretrial Release, Providing False Identification, and 1st Degree Harassment. Davis was held on no bond until her initial appearance in front of a Magistrate Judge.
In other activity, Police arrested 35-year-old Walter Ivan Malacara of Lenox on Tuesday at 302 North Pine Street for Failure to Appear. Malacara was taken to the Union County Jail, and held on a $2,000 cash only bond.
