Meanwhile, Police remind Clarinda residents, consumer fireworks may be legally discharged in the city from June 29 to July 8 between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. On July 4th, fireworks are allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
