(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests on Tuesday.
*Police arrested, Alex Richard Cunningham, 34, of Creston at 1024 Crest Drive. Cunningham was charged with Theft 5th x 8. Cunningham was taken to Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $2400, and allowed to post 10% of the bail.
*Creston Police arrested 36-year-old Tyler James Hicks, of Fontanelle, at S. Chestnut and E. Fremont. Hicks was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Hicks was taken to Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $5000 cash or surety was posted.
*Creston Police arrested Jacob Miles Erskine, 37, of Creston at 302 N. Pine St. Erskine was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st offense. Erskine was taken to Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $1000 cash or surety was posted.
