(Glenwood) A Glenwood man was arrested on drug charges on Sunday.
The Glenwood Police Department says 40-year-old Richard Germar was charged with Used or Expired Drug Tax Stamp, Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Gathering, Keeping Premises for Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $14,300 cash or surety.
Glenwood Police also arrested 51-year-old William Weis, of Council Bluffs, on Sunday on a Mills County warrant for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
