(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports seven arrests.
Louie Mitchell Hahn, 62, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 11th for possession of a controlled substance. Hahn was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Gary Joe Buboltz, 64, of Lewis, was arrested on June 11th for driving under suspension. Buboltz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
Jeg Charles Updike, 24, of Greenfield, was arrested on June 12th for OWI-1st Offense. Updike was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
William Alecxander Freimark, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 15th for OWI-1st Offense. Freimark was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Edward Arnold Parrott Jr, 31, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on June 17th for felony forgery and theft 5th against an older individual. Parrott was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Marlene Sue Rush, 64, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 19th for OWI-1st offense. Rush was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Joseph Lee Reynolds, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 19th on charges of two counts of theft 5th degree (< $300), four counts of theft 2nd degree (> $1,500 < $10,00), eight counts of theft 3rd degree (> $750 < $1,500), and two counts theft 4th degree (> $300 < $750). Reynolds was transported to the Cass Country Jail where he was booked and held.
