(Creston) A Creston man faces drug and obscene material charges.
Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Taylor David Smith at McKinley Park on Wednesday afternoon for possession of drug paraphernalia, dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor, and enticing a minor under the age of 16.
Officers transported Smith to the Union County Jail and held him without bond pending an appearance before a magistrate judge.
