(Creston) Creston Police report one arrest and one theft.
Police arrested 41-year-old Daniel Lee Fasce, of Creston, on Tuesday at 903 N. Sumner Street for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, 1st offense. Officers cited Fasce and released him on a promise to appear in court.
On Tuesday, Lincoln’s Lawn Care, 100 E. Ohio St., Lenox, Iowa, reported the theft of a John Deere 322 Lawn Tractor. The lawn tractor was parked east of County Club Drive. The tractor has concrete-filled wheel weights, a missing rear taillight, a dry-rotted seat, and is in bad shape. The estimated loss is $3000.
