LSU 9, UCLA 5
The Bruins scored three times in the first inning but the Tigers scored 8 straight runs to take control and stay in the winners bracket. UCLA used 8 different pitchers but could not stop the LSU bats led by Jared Jones who hit a 3 run HR and drove in 4 runs. Jake Brow went 3 for 5 with 2 RBI and a run scored. Steven Milam went 2 for 4 with a RBI and run scored. LSU can now rest while UCLA has to play an elimination game tonight against Arkansas
Louisville 7, Oregon St. 6
The Cardinals had the lead, lost the lead and then won the game in the bottom of the 9th on a sac fly from Eddie King Jr. to eliminate the Beavers. Oregon St. scored 3 times in the top of the 9th to tie the game at 6-6 but Louisville would avenge a 4-3 walk off loss to the Beavers on Friday. Louisville will now have to beat Coastal Carolina two times in a row to advance to the finals.
Arkansas 7, UCLA 3
It was a rough day for the Bruins who lost twice and got knocked out of the Series. Wehiwa Aloy drove in the first three runs for the Razorbacks with a HR and a triple and Zach Root pitched 5 solid innings to lead Arkansas. Aloy was the SEC Player of the Year and now has 21 homers on the season. Arkansas will have beat LSU twice in a row to get to the finals.
