(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports multiple arrests over the weekend.
On Sunday, at 5:08 p.m., Paul William Daniels, 41, was arrested at McKinley Park. Daniels was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense. He also had multiple outstanding warrants, including:
-Probation Violation (original charge: Domestic Abuse Assault with Bodily Injury)
-Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury
-Two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault – 3rd or Subsequent Offense
-Harassment – 1st Degree
-Harassment – 2nd Degree
Daniels was booked into the Union County Jail and is being held without bond pending his initial court appearance.
At 2:12 p.m., Ely Laramie Will, 32, of Clearfield, was arrested at Fremont and Oak for Driving While Barred, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, and Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp. Will was transported to the Union County Jail and is being held without bond until he appears before a judge.
At 12:45 p.m., John David Foster, 40, was arrested at Rainbow Park. Foster was charged with Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Violent Behavior and Interference with Official Acts. He was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on a $600 cash or surety bond.
On Saturday, at midnight, Alex Richard Cunningham, 34, was arrested at 1201 Country Club Apt. 5 for Violation of a No Contact Order. Cunningham remains in the Union County Jail without bond until a judge sees him.
At 1:41 a.m., David Jon Rathe, 60, was arrested at his residence and charged with Operating While Under the Influence – 1st Offense. He was taken to the Union County Jail and released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
At 12:04 p.m., Damien Nish Beard, 22, of Afton, was arrested at Rainbow Park. Beard was charged with Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Violent Behavior and released from the Union County Jail on a promise to appear.
