(Griswold, IA) — Sophomore Courtney Follmann has been playing excellent softball at the plate along with the rest of her teammates on the collaborative Griswold-CAM squad. Batting in the 400’s and taking on a vital role behind the plate for the Tigers, Follmann has one goal in mind for the team:
When asked what has contributed to her success at the plate, Follmann gives credit to the coaching staff:
Follmann has seen a massive jump in her batting average and has already surpassed her eight RBI’s from last year, and says that the team’s consistent training style is the reason.
The Griswold-CAM Tigers will take on Sidney, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Stanton, and Hamburg next week and hope to keep up their excellent play.
