(Creston) The Creston Police Department is investigating a reported theft that occurred on June 8th around 11:49 a.m. at the American Home Design Center, located at 101 N. Walnut Street.
According to a report filed by Chad Dale Green, his parked trailer was broken into and a substantial amount of tools and equipment were stolen. The list of missing items includes a wide array of Milwaukee and Bosch brand power tools and accessories.
Among the stolen property were Milwaukee cordless impact bits, router bits, a Sawzall, palm sander, circular saw, jig saw, multi-tool, crown stapler, hammer drill with case and battery kit, flood lights, grinders, and a radio. Additional items taken include various batteries, chargers, tool bags, a Bosch impact drill and ½-inch drive drill, a DeWalt metal nibbler attachment, as well as concrete bits, jigsaw blades, fasteners, wedge pins, and assorted screws stored in compact organizers.
The estimated value of the stolen items exceeds $6,000.
Creston Police are actively investigating the case. Anyone with information is urged to contact the department.
