(Page Co) A Missouri man was arrested after Page County deputies were dispatched to a report of a vehicle in the ditch and someone lying in the roadway.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on June 8th near 200th Street and E Avenue in rural Shenandoah. Authorities determined that 19-year-old Mark Keith Whitehill of Maryville, Missouri, was the driver of a white Ford F-550. Shenandoah EMS responded to the scene and checked on Whitehill and his two passengers. The passengers were released at the scene.
Whitehill was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), First Offense. He was booked into the Page County Jail with bond set at $1,000 cash or surety.
