(Polk County) The Iowa Department of Corrections says 26-year-old Frederick Dewayne Bickham, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines – Bldg. 70 as required on Saturday, May 24, 2025.
Bickham is a 6’2″, 235-pound Black male. He was admitted to the work release facility on April 29, 2025.
