(Floyd County) One person died in a two-vehicle crash on Friday in Floyd County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 10:10 p.m. Friday at the Highway 14 and County Highway CR-B60 intersection. Authorities say 38-year-old Britney Huffman of Cedar Falls died in the crash.
Huffman was driving a 2013 Box Truck westbound on county road B60, failed to stop at Highway 14, and was struck by a southbound 2019 Jeep Trail Hawk driven by Autumn Taylor of Greene, Iowa. Britney Huffman was ejected from the box truck and pronounced deceased at the scene. The Jeep driver, Autumn Taylor, suffered minor injuries.
