Three Men Arrested Following Shoplifting Incident in Red Oak

(Red Oak) Three men were arrested following a shoplifting incident at the Red Oak Do It Best on Sunday.

The Red Oak Police Department says 27-year-old Tucker Evan Webster of Shenandoah, 42-year-old Ryan Lee Wulfekuhl, of Gretna, Nebraska, and 45-year-old Gregg Stephen Hammer of Omaha, Nebraska, attempted to steal tools and ran out of the store, fleeing in a 1998 black Ford Expedition. Red Oak Police were able to locate the vehicle heading northbound on G Avenue where a traffic stop was conducted at 180^th Street.

Tucker Webster was charged with Theft 4^th Degree and was held on $1,000 bond. Ryan Wulfekuhl was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Theft 4^th Degree, and Child Endangerment. He was held on $5,000 bond. Gregg Hammer was charged with Theft 4^th Degree, Child Endangerment, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was held on $2,000 bond.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County K9 assisted with the incident.
