(Atlantic) – Eleven players from the Atlantic boys’ basketball team earned letters this past season, receiving their honors during the annual team banquet on Sunday afternoon.
Head Coach Dalton Franken acknowledged that while the team’s win-loss record didn’t meet expectations, he was proud of their effort and the strong finish to the season, which included victories over Lenox and Denison-Schleswig.
Looking ahead, Coach Franken emphasized two key areas for returning players to focus on next season.
He noted that many players were consistently demonstrating these qualities toward the end of the season at all levels.
Coach Franken is confident that the team has the potential to win a significant number of games next season.
