(Woodward) A Perry, Iowa, man lost his life in a single-vehicle crash early Friday morning.Dallas County Dispatch received a report of a rollover accident at the intersection of Highway 141 and R Avenue near Woodward.
When deputies arrived, they found a 2005 Chevy Impala that had struck a power pole and rolled multiple times. Inside the vehicle, they discovered a deceased male, identified as 22-year-old Josue Curiel of Perry, Iowa.
The cause and circumstances of the accident are still under investigation. Curiel’s body was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for further examination.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office was supported at the scene by Dallas County EMS, the Perry Police Department, and the Woodward Fire Department.
