(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests over the weekend.
Police arrested 33-year-old Zackary Charles Huddleson, of Creston, at 102 W Taylor St. for OWI – 1st Offense, Urinating in Public, and Interference with Official Acts. Officers transported Huddleson to the Union County Jail. Authorities released Huddleson after he posted the $1,600 bond.
Police arrested 39-year-old John David Foster, of Creston, at 400 Blk S Vine St. Foster on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st. Police cited and released Foster on a promise to appear.
