(Red Oak) Early Thursday morning, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, with support from the Pottawattamie Sheriff’s Office, arrested 35-year-old Malachi Jesus Hilkey. The arrest occurred at 3:42 a.m. in the 1200 block of 130th Street in Montgomery County.
Hilkey has been charged with assault on persons of certain occupations – no injury, a serious misdemeanor. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he remains held on a $1,000 bond.
