(Adams County) — The following are official releases from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office
On September 28, Deputies with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Traver Mac Ray from Clarinda, IA for OWI, 2nd Offense after a traffic stop at Highway 148 and 17th Street in Corning, IA. Traver was booked and held on a $2,000 cash bond.
On October 28, 38 year old Roberto Alvarado Garcia was arrested at 2:30 pm at 34th and Ginko St. in rural Adams County. Roberto was stopped by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office for a registration violation. After investigation, the driver had a suspended Iowa driver’s license and could not show proof of SR22 insurance. Roberto would post a $600 cash only bond.
On November 3, Deputies with the Adams County Sheriffs Office arrested 22 year old Phoenix Christian Richert of Kansas and 21 year old Alexandria Jo Wahlenmaier of Des Moines for Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense after a traffic stop at Highway 34 and Highway 25. Both were transported to the Adams County Jail where they were booked and held.
On November 16, Deputies arrest Nolan Maurice McClarty 51 of Corning, IA for Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense. McClarty was booked into the Adams County jail and was being held without bond until seen by the magistrate.
