(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces drug-related charges and warrants out of Taylor County.
Red Oak Police arrested 45-year-old Joseph Earl Smith of Red Oak late Sunday morning on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance inside a Correctional Facility. Additionally, authorities arrested Smith on a Taylor County warrant for failure to appear. Authorities held Smith without bond at the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center.
