(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Devin Register, of Atlantic, on June 21st on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Register was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Cole Benton, of Hamlin, on June 28th for Driving while Barred. Benton was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
